Is your company registered ?

Adara Coco is officially registered under CV. Hasil Indo Sentosa. Please contact us to verify our business license and registration.

How do you source your raw materials?

We understand that it takes quality materials to consistently produce high quality end-products at scale. To guarantee this end result, we work with a number of plantations across the Western and Eastern part of Indonesia, and invest in a dedicated team of experts on-site to carefully inspect and select only quality materials that meet our specifications for further processing.

What is your production capacity?

Our factories have high manufacturing production capacities to fulfill large volumes of orders depending on your needs. Please contact us to find out more about the monthly production capacity for the specific product that you are interested in.

What are your delivery terms?
  • The lead Time varies from 20 to 30days after receiving your advance payment and also depending on you packaging and artwork requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • Payment terms : Advance payment 50% as deposit and balance before shipping.
Do you offer free samples?
  • Yes, we do offer free samples up to 1 kg or USD $100, whichever is lesser in value, to any countries worldwide. Please note that the recipients will be responsible to pay for the shipping fee prior to sample being shipped, and the associated customs import duties and taxes upon arrival at the country of destination.
Can I request an onsite factory visit?
  • Absolutely. We warmly welcome you to our beautiful country of Indonesia and would be more than happy to show you around our factory. Please contact us in advance to arrange your visit.
